Subject: Outstanding Customer Service experience at Criswell Honda

I’ve been a customer of Criswell since 1972 when I bought my first car from you. I always had a good experience shopping at Criswell whether I was buying a used car, new car and bringing the car in for service. This past weekend (specifically Friday Oct 15 and Monday Oct 18), I brought both my cars in for service and the dealings with you were just over the top. I had a small issue and it was handled professionally, and what seemed to be honest concern for the customer. My full time job is in customer service and I deal with these types of situations all the time and appreciate good treatment even if I don’t always get what I want. I can’t say enough about the people involved and really wanted to write to Mr. Criswell himself but couldn’t find his e-mail. The service writer Stacy was a charm and I couldn’t ask for a better person to have dealt with at that point. Ike in the past has always been great also. I went in for an oil change and there was a problem that occurred, the person who came out to tell me was pleasant, he had me talk to a guy name John I don’t remember his last name in service who talked to me (very pleasant) and asked if I wanted to see a manager. I was then directed to Tim Hardee who was over the top, his genuine concern for my problem and his pleasant manner was not something you would expect but would hope for. He went out of his way to do what he could to help resolve the situation. Working in the field, I can’t say enough about great these people were even to the point of picking up my car and dealing with Stacy again. Not only would I highly recommend your company but also I would seriously consider working there as a service advisor. If this is the type of working environment they stress it fits me to a tee. No this isn’t a round about way of asking for a job since I do have one but I would consider it, and have thought about it for a while. I could go on but I needed to write this. One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Victor Castro worked with me initially over the internet and then by phone.  He is smart, honest, and trustworthy.  I would buy a car from him again in a heartbeat. The dealership is clean and comfortable.

I had a great experience leasing my Honda Odyssey from Criswell Honda on March 24th. I made appointment with Stephanie Dewey and got my car appraised around lunch time. Then we negotiated the price over phone by 5pm and I went with my family and signed the lease and picked up the van in the evening. They gave me what they promised and had all the numbers we agreed in writing on official dealer papers before I started the credit application. Nobody tried to play any tricks and no pressure tactics as well. Other folks at the dealership seemed to be friendly and nice as well. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Stephanie Dewey for sales if you need a new Honda. By the way, they also gave me the highest value for my 2007 Odyssey trade-in. This was very much a relief and pleasant experience after I fell victim to the deception and dishonesty of [another dealership].
